I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, situated just a short walk away from the cable car and close to hiking trails. The service provided here is top-notch, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a posh bathroom. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and even a petting farm. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. The free wifi in the rooms worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Room was nice and good food.
The "Sauna officer" didn't know much about saunas; "finnish" sauna was a disappointment

The location of Vital-Familien-Landgasthof Stadt Wien Hotel is perfect. My family members (five adults and one child) liked the location very well as we occupied three rooms. The Management of the hotel was friendly and did their best to make sure that we enjoy our time, (specifically Christine, in fact she was qualified and capable person who knew how to take care of residents and made us feel we are at home, also Klaus, Victoria and the rest of the hotel team), We left Stadt Wien with excellent memories and looking forward to staying at the same hotel in the future when we visit the area. The Hotel is clean and maintained well, overall superb. The team members working at the hotel are really wonderful. The hotel serves delicious food.

Had a great weekend getaway at a hotel near the ski slopes. Really enjoyed the varied menu at breakfast and dinner, with great options for vegetarians too. the hotel was conveniently located close to the ski lifts and had access to a good range of slopes suitable for beginners and more advanced skiers. We also appreciated the heated pool and spa area to warm up after a day on the slopes.
The hotel bar closed quite early in the evening, which was a bit frustrating as we would have liked to have a nightcap after dinner. the walls between the rooms were also quite thin, so we were able to hear a lot of noise from other guests in the hallway and neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Located a short walk from both hiking trails and skiing lifts, this hotel offers a perfect base to explore the area. the room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was superb with a variety of hot and cold options. the spa area was a treat with a pool and hot tub to relax in after a day on the slopes. A nice touch was the lunch bags provided for those going out to explore the mountains.
The hotel lacks a buzzing nightlife scene, but it's perfect for those looking for a more laid-back atmosphere.

Mainly the location. Breakfast was good.
Staff lacks the willingness to offer assistance with limited authority given by the hotel management. We missed the welcoming and hospitality that we usually receive from any 4 star hotels. As a 4 star hotel, many simple facility were not provided (which should be there by default); E.G. there was no minibar in the room (only upon request and begging the reception staff to get it, and even though we got one, but it was not working well). No ac or even a fan to cool the hot temperature in the room. No 24 hrs services, reception is closed by 10:00 pm. No bell-boy to take care of the luggage, we have to do it ourselves.

A wonderful stay in a lovely hotel - Austrian charm but not too kitsch. Slightly outside of peak season the hotel was quiet and we were upgraded to a room with balcony. Clean and comfortable room with delightful bathroom. Less than 5 minute walk to main ski lift and only a little further to town. Spa area was compact but well formed and much appreciated after a day skiing, each room had a secure ski locker to use but what blew us away was the breakfast selection - freshly made omlettes, more cereals than I knew existed and over 10 types of honey - heavenly! Worth the slightly higher cost than neighbouring hotels.
I would have loved a slightly fluffier towel. As it was quiet there wasn't too much noise from the swimming pool or corridors but I can imagine it is a little louder when busier.

Great location in a beautiful mountain town, close to ski slopes and with stunning views. The recently renovated spa area was really nice, a great spot to relax after a long day on the slopes. We also appreciated the hot tubs outside, perfect for a romantic escape under the stars.
The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. They didn't seem to care about our stay and we felt more like an inconvenience to them.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to hiking trails and the cable car up the hill. The hotel facilities, including the garden and pool, were refreshing and well-maintained. The breakfast had a great range of options and the staff were always kind and helpful.
Nothing, it is perfect.
